Home care from the heart of Mansfield
Our office is on the edge of Mansfield Woodhouse, a few minutes up the A60 from the town centre. Most of our carers live locally. In the terraces off Chesterfield Road, the estates around Berry Hill, the newer builds out towards Bellamy Road. They are not commuting in from Nottingham or Derby. They know Mansfield because it is where they live, shop and raise their own families.
We support people across the whole town. From the bungalows near Carr Bank Park to the houses around King's Mill Reservoir, from Broomhill Lane down to the streets off Ratcliffe Gate. If someone you care about needs help getting washed and dressed in the morning, a hand with meals, or just some company during the day, we can have a care plan in place within days. Most people start with a few visits a week and adjust from there.
Mansfield is a proper market town with a strong community feel. The market still runs several days a week in the town centre, the Stags are at the One Call Stadium, and places like Titchfield Park and Carr Bank Park give the town its green spaces. These are streets where neighbours look out for each other, and our carers fit into that. They do not rush in and out. They take the time to do things properly and to treat people the way they would want their own family treated. That matters, and it is why CQC rated us Outstanding.
The town has a mix of housing. Victorian terraces near the centre, post-war council estates, 1960s bungalows, and newer developments around the edges towards Pleasley and Berry Hill. Wherever your family member lives, we have carers nearby. Kings Mill Hospital is just up the road, and we work closely with the discharge teams there when someone needs care after a hospital stay. Having a local team that knows these services makes the transition home smoother for everyone.
His carer Karen has become part of the family. He looks forward to her visits every week.

Your questions answered
Home care questions from families in Mansfield
These are the things people in the area ask us most often.
We can usually get care in place within a few days. If there is an urgent need, for example after a fall or a hospital discharge from Kings Mill, we can sometimes arrange something faster. Give us a ring on 01623 375275 and we will see what we can do. We work alongside the discharge teams at Kings Mill regularly.
Yes. Our carers live across Mansfield and the surrounding towns. They are not commuting in from Nottingham or Derby. That means they know the streets, the local shops and the community. It also means they can get to visits reliably and on time, even in bad weather or rush hour traffic on the A60.
Absolutely. We work with the discharge teams at Kings Mill Hospital (Sherwood Forest Hospitals NHS) regularly. If your family member is being discharged and needs care at home, we can have a plan in place quickly. We handle the paperwork and liaise with the hospital so you do not have to chase things yourself.
We cover the whole of Mansfield town and the surrounding area, including Mansfield Woodhouse, Forest Town, Rainworth, Sutton-in-Ashfield, Kirkby-in-Ashfield, Clipstone, Blidworth and Annesley Woodhouse. Our office is at Mansfield Woodhouse, so nowhere in the district is far away.
