In November 2025, twelve members of our team attended the Proud to Care Nottinghamshire Awards. We had been shortlisted as finalists for Care Team of the Year.
That is Care Team of the Year across the whole of Nottinghamshire. Over 430 care providers in the county. We were in the top three.
The evening
The Proud to Care Awards celebrate the best of the care sector across Nottinghamshire. It is a proper event, the kind of evening where you look around the room and realise how many people are quietly doing incredible work in their communities every day.
We sent twelve of our team to represent everyone. They were proud to be there, and so were we.
The result
We did not win. But being named in the top three out of more than 430 providers felt like a win. It meant someone had looked at what our team does, day in and day out, and said “that is among the best in the county.”
For a company that started in 2020 with two founders and a lot of ambition, that means something.
What it says about the team
Awards like this are not about a logo or a brand. They are about the people who turn up to someone's house at 7am, help them get ready for the day, and do it with genuine warmth and care.
Every single person on our team contributed to this. The carers in the community, the office staff who keep everything running, the managers who set the standard. Being a finalist is recognition of all of them.
We will be back next year. And we will keep doing what got us here: putting people first, every visit, every day.
