About this role
We are hiring care assistants for Codnor and the surrounding local patch. The role involves visiting people in their own homes to help with personal care, medication, meals, mobility and companionship. It is practical work that has a visible impact on someone’s day.
Codnor is a good fit for carers who value continuity. Many clients there want the same small team and appreciate carers who take the time to get to know their routine properly. Because our office is nearby in Ripley, we can keep rounds local and manageable rather than spreading people too thinly.
You do not need previous care experience to start. We provide paid training, hands-on support and clear progression if you want to build a career in care. What we need most is reliability, kindness and a willingness to learn.

Requirements
What we're looking for
