Care Assistant
Join our Mansfield team covering Forest Town and nearby streets, with local rounds, proper support and care work that feels practical from day one.
About this role
We are looking for care assistants to support people living in Forest Town and the surrounding area. The work includes personal care, medication, meal support, companionship and the small practical tasks that help someone stay settled at home. It is varied, local and genuinely useful work.
Forest Town suits carers who like getting to know their patch. Many of the people you visit want the same regular faces each week and appreciate carers who notice the small changes, not just the task list. We organise rounds carefully so visits are realistic and you have time to do the job properly.
If you are changing careers, returning to work or looking for something more rewarding than your current role, we will train you. We do not expect people to arrive fully formed. We want people with the right attitude who are willing to learn.

Requirements
What we're looking for
- A driving licence and your own car
- The right to work in the UK
- A genuine interest in helping people
A driving licence and your own car are essential, along with the right to work in the UK. Beyond that, we are looking for people who are dependable, calm under pressure and able to treat clients with warmth and respect.
