About this role
We are hiring care assistants to cover Mansfield Woodhouse and the surrounding local patch. Because our office is here in town, the role feels genuinely local. You are not driving all over the county. You are working a manageable round close to the branch, supporting people with personal care, medication, meals and companionship.
This is a good role for someone who wants consistency. Families in Mansfield Woodhouse value familiar faces, and we keep teams small so people get to know the carers visiting them. That makes the work better for clients and a lot more rewarding for staff too. You can actually build relationships instead of feeling like you are rushing through a list.
No experience is needed. We train every new starter properly, pair you with experienced carers and support you as your confidence grows. If you want steady local work with real progression, this is a strong place to start.

Requirements
What we're looking for
- A driving licence and your own car
- The right to work in the UK
- A genuine interest in helping people
You need a driving licence, your own car and the right to work in the UK. Care experience is not essential. What matters more is being reliable, kind and comfortable working with older people in their own homes.
