Senior Care Supervisor
Support our Mansfield care team out in the field, from the branch rated Outstanding by the CQC.
About this role
We are looking for an experienced carer to join our Mansfield branch as a Senior Care Supervisor. Most of your time is spent out in the field with our carers rather than at a desk: shadowing new starters until they are ready to work on their own, carrying out spot checks, and observing competencies on real visits.
You decide when a new carer is ready to work unsupervised, and you are the person carers call when they need someone alongside them. You will work closely with the office team and raise anything that is not right straight away.
Our Mansfield branch is rated Outstanding by the CQC across all five inspection categories. Teams are small and rounds are local, so you will get to know the carers and the people they visit properly.

Requirements
What we're looking for
- Experience in home care, ideally as a senior carer
- Confident supporting and assessing other carers
- A driving licence and your own car
- The right to work in the UK
You should know what good care looks like and be comfortable telling someone when it is not. Most of this job is helping people get it right, so patience matters as much as experience.
