Ripley is our newest branch, covering the Amber Valley area including Ripley, Belper, Heanor, Alfreton, Codnor and Somercotes. The team is growing and we are looking for people who want to be part of something from the start.
Because this is a new branch, there are more chances to step up and take on responsibility. The people who join now will be the senior carers and team leaders of the future. We fund qualifications and promote from within, so if you want a career and not just a job, this is a good place to start.
We bring the same standards from our CQC Outstanding Mansfield branch. Small, consistent teams. Proper training. £15/hr (£14.50 during probation). 40p per mile. And management that actually picks up the phone when you need them.
