Denise Pitts

Denise is passionate about delivering the highest quality of home care with respect and dignity. Before joining Your Home Care, she had seven years’ experience working in care, starting as a carer, progressing to Training Manager, then to Deputy Care Manager with Home Instead Senior Care. During that time, she was involved in two CQC inspections and was instrumental in achieving the rating of Outstanding on both occasions.

Like Paul and Scott, Denise combines a conviction that only the best home care is good enough, with an impressive record in business. This has included five years at Ford Communications Limited and, after a five-year gap following the birth of her daughter, six years as the Office Manager in the Education Department of HMP Nottingham. She then spent seven years working alongside her husband in their electrical contracting business, running the office and with responsibility for all financial matters and compliance.

Denise has a deep understanding of home care, with the personal experience to ensure the service provided by the Your Home Care team of Home Care Assistants is always of the highest quality. Her work in the community, caring for induvial clients, is complemented by wide experience of meeting with new clients, making risk assessments and creating care plans. Denise’s responsibilities include the day to day operations of Your Home Care, recruitment, initial and ongoing training, quality assurance and community involvement. For Denise, nothing is more satisfying than knowing that she and her team are delivering outstanding care to individuals in their own homes.
