Company Profit Bonus

Every year, each employee that has been employed by Your Home Care for at least 12 months will receive a share of the company’s nett profits. This will be announced by the directors once the company has had it accounts financially verified.

Permanent Contracts

These contracts are an option once a Home Care Assistant has been working for the company for 12 months or more. By receiving a contract, the company reserves the right to allocate shifts where and when is necessary.

Continuing Training

Staff will be encouraged and supported to enhance their professional development throughout their career with the company. This will range from basic mandatory training to higher and further education. Training is ongoing where necessary.

Paid Mileage

We appreciate that you use your own personal car for work and we know that sometimes it can be frustrating and that is why we pay £0.25 per mile to help cover some of the wear and tear costs of using your car daily.

Flexible Working Hours

Staff have the option to become a contracted or flexible worker (these are the only two options available). This will depend on whether they work for the company (contracted) or the company works for them (flexible).
