To coincide with our 3^rd birthday, we are delighted to have been awarded a Top 20 home care provider in the East Midlands award, from homecare.co.uk.

The annual Home Care Awards recognises 20 of the top rated Home Care Providers in each region of the UK, based on reviews from service users/clients and their family/friends.

To be eligible to win this award, providers must have had a minimum of 5 reviews published between June 2022 and May 2023. The awards are then based on the review score at the cut off date in May 2023.

We got 8 reviews in that time frame, and all were 5 stars! When leaving a review, you are asked to review staff, care/support, management, whether you’re treated with dignity, and value for money. We are so pleased to see that all of these points have been given top marks!

We now have 35 reviews on the homecare.co.uk website, with a review score of 10/10 and an “overall experience” rating of 5/5, achieved in the last 2 years.

It goes without saying that this award could not have been achieved without the amazing team that we have. They truly are Outstanding. With all of the challenges they face, our team really have proved that they don’t just care for a living: they genuinely do care about our clients. They provide exceptional care at all times, and we couldn’t be prouder.

We also must thank our wonderful clients’ and their families for their kind words. Without taking the time to submit those reviews, we simply wouldn’t have been recognised for the award. They put their trust in us to provide the Outstanding care that we promise. We will continue to do everything we can to support you, for as long as you need us.

The certificate sits proudly in our office (with the two previous years!) and is another accolade to go alongside our CQC rating of Outstanding.

Care and compassion really is at our very core.
